How to Use
- Use as an all-in-one seasoning for meats, fish, chicken, turkey, and vegetables
- Mix with oil and lemon juice to make a marinade, rub it directly onto chicken, fish, or meat, then let it sit (or freeze) for about 45-60 minutes before grilling, boiling, roasting, or frying
- Add 1-2 tsp to soups, stew, rice, pasta, omelet, jollof, and sauces for instant flavour
Tip: Start with a small amount, and adjust to your desired taste
